Authenticity

Every product supplied by S. N. Enterprise comes directly from its original Indian manufacturer. We do not repake, we are blending as per customer requirements. What is on the label is what is inside the bag.

Documentation

A Certificate of Analysis (COA), Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and Technical Data Sheet (TDS) travel with every consignment. Your QC team and your customers can trace every batch back to source.

Responsiveness

Quotation within 24 working hours for any in-stock item. Dispatch within 48 hours of order confirmation. Same-day dispatch available across Saurashtra when ordered before 2 PM.

Discretion

Customer names, order quantities, pricing and application details are treated as strictly confidential. We do not share or discuss one customer's business with another.

S. N. Enterprise purchases heat treatment chemicals directly from established Indian manufacturers with proven production histories. We do not source from intermediaries or trading aggregators.

Products are stored in our Shapar warehouse in their original sealed bags. We do not open, repack, blend or dilute products. What the manufacturer sealed is what you receive — with the manufacturer's own COA and MSDS.

Quality & Documentation FAQ

We are a trading company. The products themselves come from manufacturers with their own quality certifications. We can provide manufacturer certification details upon request. Our role is to ensure you receive authentic, correctly documented products — not to add a trading house certification layer on top.

Yes. If your QC process requires COA review before goods leave our warehouse, simply mention it on your purchase order. We will email the COA for your approval and hold dispatch until you confirm.

Our return policy is straightforward: if a product does not match its COA — in composition, appearance or performance — we will replace it or refund it, no argument. In 37+ years we have not had this situation with our current manufacturers, but the commitment stands.

For industrial heat treatment salts, REACH compliance documentation is available on request. These are industrial chemicals used in controlled environments — not consumer goods. Contact us with your specific regulatory requirement and we will advise on what documentation is available.

Our Shapar warehouse is a covered industrial shed with dry, cool conditions appropriate for chloride and nitrate salt storage. Products are kept on pallets off the floor. Salt bags are kept sealed until point of sale. We do not store incompatible chemicals (e.g. oxidising and reducing agents) in adjacent areas.
